
How to Book:
The services below are based on the suites available at the Bunny BnB. We have three double suites suitable for bonded pairs of large breed rabbits. The single suites are suitable for bonded pairs of small breed rabbits and guinea pigs. If one suite is unavailable on the dates you require, please check the other suites of either the double or single suites for availability over that time. Terms and conditions
By booking your rabbit(s) or guinea pig(s) with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Pick-up and Drop-off times:
Monday: 9:00am - 11:00am,
6:00pm - 7:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am - 11:00am,
6:00pm - 7:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 10:00am
Thursday: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Friday: 8:00am- 9:00am
Saturday: 10:00am - 11:00am
Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Bookings and Deposits:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits will be non-refundable if cancellation of a booking occurs within 2 weeks of the booking.

An invoice will be issued, and the deposit must be paid within 7 days of receipt. If not paid within this timeframe, the booking may be cancelled.

The remaining balance is due at the time of collection, either by cash, card, or paid in advance.
Health and Welfare:

All rabbits and guinea pigs must be in good health upon arrival.

If your rabbit or guinea pig shows signs of illness or injury, we reserve the right to refuse entry to protect the wellbeing of other animals.

We are not liable for any illness, injury, or death that may occur while your pet is in our care, unless proven to be due to negligence on our part.

Owners are responsible for providing accurate health and care information at the time of booking.
Cancellations:

Cancellations for boarding made within 2-weeks of the booking time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Pick-Up and Late Fees:

Full payment must be made at the time of collection if not already paid.

If an owner is late for pick-up, a $40 late fee will be applied.

If an owner requires pick-up or drop-off outside of our allocated times a $40 fee will apply.
Agreement:

By signing the booking form, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. This constitutes a binding agreement.
